Natural Mask from Fresh Fruit

For some women being beautiful is very important. But the bustle of activities, often forced women forgetting or lazy to do a facial treatment or body beauty treatment. Thus resulting in several parts of the body became visible dull and unkempt.

Caring for the facial skin to make it look pretty or fresh with beauty mask, either homemade or natural.
Use a natural face mask from natural fruit, you can do it yourself at home.


Here are some good fruits that have most goodness for our face skin;

*Strawberry.
This red fruit contains a lot of salicylic acid, which is one type of beta-hidkroksi acid that helps tighten the skin, silica and vitamin B, C, E and K. With these substances it can nourish and rejuvenate the skin, so strawberry is very good for almost all skin types.
All you have to do is crush the strawberry and rub it on to face skin, leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with sterile water or warm water.
To get a stronger toning effect, you can add a little bit of egg white (about 1 tablespoon), 1 tablespoon of rose water, and few drop of frankincense essential oil.

* Avocado. The fruit is very rich in amino acids and vitamins which is good to prevent premature aging of facial skin.
If you have dry skin then you can crush the ripe avocado flesh with a fork then apply it as a mask to the face. Let stand for 30 minutes then rinse with water or warm rose water (essential rose water).
But if your skin type to normal then you can add a spoon of egg white.
For those of you who have moist skin type, then you should add a little bit of honey (1 table spoon).

* Grape
This fruit is very rich in trace minerals, calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, C and flavonoid compounds.
Almost all types of grape that vary in color, can be used for lotion.
All you have to do is crush or using blender and then strain the grape. After that, apply on your face using cotton. Let stand for 20 minutes then rinse with rosewater.
Grape can be use as lotion for daily uses for almost all skin types, ranging from dry skin, moist or damaged skin.

* Lemon.
Contains vitamin A, C, B 1, B2 and B3, is suitable for those of you who have oily skin. But for those of you who have normal skin, can also use is as lotion. Lemon mask can be use every day.
Squeeze the lemon and then mix with the beaten egg whites. Apply on face and leave it for 10 minutes. After that, clean with rose water or warm water.

* Papaya LeafContains papain enzymes, alkaloids karpaino, psudokarpaina, glikosid, karposid and saponins, sakarosa, dextrose and levulosa.
While the papaya fruit contains karotena, pectin, dgalaktosa and I-arabinose, papain, papaya, papain thymine, and fitokinase. Papaya seeds contain glucoside, cocirin and karpain, while the sap contain papain, kemokapain, lisosim, lipase, glutamine and sklotransferase.
If you want to remove acne, use the papaya leaf (the old one).Grind it using food processor (blender) until smooth. Put it on to the acne spot. Leave it for 30 minutes, wash with warm water.

* Tomatoes.
Contain protein, phosphorous, iron, sulfur, vitamins A, B1 and C1. It is good to smooth the face skin. Pick the ripe tomato, slice it and then rub it on to the facial skin. Or can squeeze the extract juice and apply on the face skin.

* Bananas Contain serotinin, pectin, tannins, noradrenaline, 5 hydroxy tritamin, dopamine and a variety of vitamin A. B complex and C. You can use a banana as skin moisturizer. Crush one ripe banana and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Use it regularly everyday, or it can be use as a moisture before you put facial powder.

* Orange juice contains elements of chemical compounds such as limonene, linalin acetate, acetic geranil, fellandren, sitral and citric acid. Therefore, it is good to prevent wrinkle on your face .

SOME MORE....

Facial Mask with banana, honey.
1 ripe ripe Banana
1 T Honey
1/2 teaspoon Jojoba oil
1 T Yogurt
1 egg white
1 T Kaolin (white) clay

In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg white, then blend in the Yogurt, Jojoba oil, Honey and then the Kaolin clay until it becomes a smooth creamy mixture. In a separate bowl, mash up the banana until it is smooth, then blend into the first mixture.

The best way to use this masque is while sitting in the tub because it is a bit messy. Apply to the entire face, neck and shoulder area. As it sits, keep applying more while you build the masque up as well as massage it in. Let sit for at least 10-15 minutes and then remove with a warm washcloth. Finish with a tonic or hydrosol on a cotton ball to remove any excess product from the skin, then moisturize as usual.

This is a wonderful softening and firming treatment in one.

PEACH TIGHTENING MASK
1 Peach, ripe, peeled, pitted
1 Egg white

Whip the peach and egg white together in a blender until smooth. Gently pat the mixture all over your face. Relax for 30 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water.

APPLE MASK FOR NORMAL SKIN
1 Apple, cored & quartered
2 T Honey
Drop the apple pieces into a food processor and chop. Add honey and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto your face with a light tapping motion, tapping until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse.

CUCUMBER MASK FOR OILY SKIN
1/2 Cucumber
1 Egg white
1 T Lemon juice
1 tsp mint

Puree everything and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cool water.

STRAWBERRY DRAWING MASK
1/2 c Strawberries, very ripe
1/4 c Cornstarch

Mix strawberries and cornstarch together to make a paste and apply it to your face, avoiding the delicate area around your eyes. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.

CITRUS FRESHENER
2 cups boiling water
1 vitamin C (a preservative)
Lemon peel (zest) from 2 lemons

Dissolve the vitamin in water. In a glass bowl put the lemon zest and pour the water over them. Let it sit over night. Remove the zest and put in a spray bottle. You can use any type of citrus peel.

BLEMISHED SKIN MASK
1 Tomato, ripe, chopped
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 T Instant style oatmeal or old-fashioned rolled oats

Blend everything until just combined. Apply to skin, making sure the mixture is thick enough to stay on blemished areas: cheeks, forehead, or chin. If necessary, add a bit more oatmeal to thicken the mask. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then scrub it off with a clean washcloth dipped in warm water.
