1. Red
Vegetables and fruits with red color contain a lot of pigment to fight diseases. Also known contain of lycopene, a substance which acts to maintain cell health and can reduce cancer risk. For example tomatoes, strawberries, watermelon, apples, cranberries, cherries, red grapes, beets, and red peppers. While most high-containing oxidants are strawberries, cranberries, cherries, red grapes, beets, and red peppers.



2. Orange
Sweet potatoes, orange squash, carrots, cantaloupe, pumpkins, peaches, mangoes, apricots, and papayas are a few examples of the fruit / vegetable with orange color. 3. Yellow

4. Green

The darker the green color in vegetables, the more chlorophyll contain in it and the greater antioxidant protection. 7. Blue - Purple Vegetables and fruits with blue – purple color, for example; eggplant, raisins, and grape. Magnesium content in the grapes and raisins is necessary for good movement of feces. Grape skin is also very good laxative (good fiber). Water content is high enough, so it can add fluid as needed by human body. While the eggplant can lower cholesterol and bile acids in the gut and bring it out of the body.
